Star Farmers Market - Rockdale, Texas
We have the greatest fruits, vegetables, and cut flowers in Central Texas - Milam County. We are located on US 79 three tenths of a mile east of US 77.
We are member of the Go Texan program which means our products are Texas produced. We are a U-pick or We-pick road side stand.
Fruits: We start the season in March with strawberries, April -rhubarb, May- blackberries, June- Peaches and plums, and July- grapes.
Vegetables: We start the season in March with Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, greens, April- onions(red, while, 1015) squash. May- potatoes, green bean, June- sweet corn, cantaloupe, tomatoes, peppers (hot and Mild), egg plant, July- Watermelons, October- Pumpkins and winter squash.
Flowers: We start in April with Zinnias, Cosmos, Celosia, Centaur, Marigold, Sunflowers.
We have a field maze for children in the pumpkin season.
